Since I’m writing with purpose again, I have been creating new worksheets. Quite a few of them are versions of worksheets already posted here tailored to my own specific quirks, but here is one that may be more generically useful (i.e. one that doesn’t have fields relating to the specific by-laws of my city).
There’s an example in the image for this one, but not in the worksheet itself. I’ve been finding that I reference places in a throwaway manner in drafts and then, later in the story, it suddenly becomes important to remember the name of the place on that can of processed peas or what street a particular building was on.
I’ve left the notes section quite generic for that reason. Maybe you like to know in which chapter you mentioned the Sunnyside Retirement Home or maybe you’d prefer to record that it had a ten foot chain-link fence topped with barbed wire. Use it for whatever you want.
As always, don’t stress over it and enjoy!
